TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are Prepbox Nutrition, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10809471. These terms and conditions apply to the Customer’s use of Prepbox Nutrition and the services provided by Prepbox Nutrition. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Prepbox Nutrition may revise these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time. When placing an order on the Website, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.1 Meals can be chosen from the range of meals offered on the website. Any pictures used on the Website are indicative only, the actual appearance of meals may differ.
1.2 All food is delivered fresh and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Any meals to be consumed after this period should be kept in the freezer IMMEDIATELY at -18 DEGREES CELSIUS.
1.3 All frozen meals can either be defrosted the night before consumption or placed straight into the microwave
1.4 Microwave instructions for all meals:
From Fresh – 2-3 Minutes
From Frozen – 6-7 Minutes
(keeping the lid placed lightly on top and stirring halfway through)
1.5 Please ensure all food is piping hot and heated all the way through before consuming.
Refunds are not accepted unless the food arrives and it’s not fit for consumption. If it arrives and there’s a problem please contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve the issue.
Cancellations are not accepted so please be sure of your order before making payment. You have the right to refuse the order but no refund will be given.
4.1 We aim to have your package delivered within 48 hours of placing your order. Your preferred date of postage can be selected with your order on the checkout page on our website. We will text or call you with a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. You can communicate by text or phone with the driver if this is not a suitable time and rearrange if necessary. All deliveries are to be taken by someone at the delivery address or unless instructed to leave with a neighbour.
4.2 We do have a local pick-up address where meals can be collected from the pickup address displayed when placing your order and selecting this option. Payment has to be made upfront for both delivery and pick up.
4.3 On rare occasions, if we are presented with a problem during transit affecting the food we will not deliver to the recipient. If this does happen we will contact you to let you know and get a replacement as soon as possible.
5. Delivery Details
Please ensure the delivery address is correct before placing an order, we will not accept liability if the details inputted are incorrect. Should they be, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make amendments.
Before starting any diet plan or fitness program, you must first seek the advice of a medical/health professional.
If you are breastfeeding/pregnant, our nutritional plans may not be suitable.
If you are currently receiving medical help for any illness, please speak to a nutritionist or medical professional before starting any of The Body Kitchen diet plans.
The Body Kitchen Ltd can only offer nutritional guidelines.
Any allergies/intolerances MUST be discussed with The Body Kitchen before ordering.
